Damascus steel is an impressive material: alternating layers of hard and soft steel are combined to create a unique look. This type of steel has been used for glasses for the first time in the ROY ROBSON collection. The material is being produced exclusively for our licensing partner Vistan in Germany. This makes each pair of spectacles a valuable, handmade original. Carbon is another special material in the new collection. It revolutionised space travel and has made Formula 1 racing safer, and now its extremely high stability is ensuring the ultimate in comfort since carbon frames are very light.
